في 12 أكتوبر 2019، تعرضت الأمين العام لحزبنا الشهيدة هفرين خلف لهجوم مسلح على طريق M4 الدولي بين الحسكة والرقة، أثناء ذهابها لمركز عملها في الرقة ، ووفقاً لتقرير مفصل لهيومن رايتس ووتش (2019)، نفذ الهجوم عناصر من جماعة “أحرار الشرقية” بقيادة المدعو حاتم أبو شقرا والتابعة للجيش الوطني السوري المدعوم تركيًا. حيث تم استهداف سيارتها ثم توقيف سيارتها وتصفيتها هي وسائقها مباشرة من قبل عناصر أحرار الشرقية بطريقة وحشية, وكذلك تم التمثيل بجثتها حسب ما ذكر الطب الشرعي.
أدانت الأمم المتحدة الحادث، ووصفته لجنة التحقيق الدولية (HRC, 2020) بأنه “جريمة حرب”. اتهمت تقارير دولية تركيا بتوفير غطاء لتنفيذ الهجوم.
ليلة البارحة و خلال ما سمي احتفال النصر الذي أقيم في العاصمة دمشق ظهر الإرهابي المدعو حاتم ابو شقرا (أحمد الهايس) قائد مليشيا أحرار الشرقية الإرهابية.
حاتم ابو شقرا المدرج على قوائم العقوبات الأميركية لارتكابه جرائم حرب خلال الغزو التركي لشمال سوريا وهو ذو سوابق وله سجل حافل، حيث يتهمه نشطاء إيزيديون بالتورط في جرائم ضد الإنسانية بحق أهالي عفرين وأعزاز خاصة من المكون الإيزيدي، وقد عمل في تجارة العوائل والمختطفين، واحتجازهم، بعد سيطرة الفصائل الموالية لتركيا على مناطقهم، بحسب شهادات وردت في تقارير عديدة ومن أبرز جرائمه اغتيال الأمين العام لحزبنا الشهيدة #هفرين_خلف
نحن في حزب سوريا المستقبل ندين ونستنكر وجود الإرهابي حاتم أبو شقرا في مثل هذا المحفل ونعتبره رسالة سلبية للداخل السوري ولذوي الضحايا، ونطالب بإحالته للمحاكم الدولية لمحاكمته على جرائمه بحق أبناء سوريا بإنزال أقسى العقوبات بحقه.

On October 12, 2019, the Secretary-General of the Future Syria Party, the martyr “Hevrin Khalaf” was subjected to an armed attack on the M4 international road between Hasakah city and Raqqa city, while she was on her way to her workplace In Raqqa city.
According to a detailed report by Human Rights Watch (2019), the attack was carried out by members of the “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” group led by the so-called “Hatim Abu Shaqra” and affiliated with the Turkish-backed Syrian National Army.
Her car was targeted, forcibly stopped by force of arms, and she and her driver were killed directly by members of “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” in a brutal manner. Her body was also mutilated, according to what the forensic medicine stated.
The United Nations condemned the incident, and the International Commission of Inquiry (HRC 2020) described it as a “war crime”.
International reports accused Turkey of providing cover for carrying out this attack.
Last night, during the so-called victory celebration held in the capital Damascus, the terrorist known as “Hatim Abu Shaqra” (Ahmed Al-Hais), the leader of the terrorist militia “Ahrar Al-Sharqiya” appeared.
“Hatim Abu Shaqra” is on the US sanctions lists for committing war crimes during the Turkish invasion of northern Syria. He has a criminal record and a long history, as Yazidi activists accuse him of being involved in crimes against humanity against the people of Afrin city and Azaz city, especially the Yazidi component.
He worked in the business of kidnapping families and detaining them in order to pay a ransom for their release, after the factions loyal to Turkey took control of their areas, according to testimonies included in numerous reports. Among his most prominent crimes was the assassination of the Secretary-General of the Future Syria Party, the martyr “Hevrin Khalaf”.
We, in the Future Syria Party, condemn and denounce the presence of the terrorist “Hatim Abu Shaqra” in such a gathering, and we consider it a negative message to the Syrian interior and to the families of the victims of this terrorist militia.
We demand that he be referred to international courts to be tried for hIs crimes against the people of Syria, and that the harshest penalties be imposed on him.
